This adorable and colorful Bunny Bait Funfetti Popcorn is a sweet and savory treat perfect for Easter or any spring celebration! It combines crunchy popcorn with sweet, colorful sprinkles and a creamy white chocolate coating. It’s the ultimate snack for parties, movie nights, or just when you’re craving something fun and festive.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups of popped popcorn (about ½ cup unpopped kernels)
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pastel-colored sprinkles (or rainbow sprinkles)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ½ cup Easter candy (such as M&Ms, candy-coated chocolate eggs, or Jelly Beans – optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Pop the Popcorn:
In a large pot or popcorn maker, pop the popcorn kernels according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Place the popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl, ensuring there are no unpopped kernels.

  • Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and completely melted.

  • Add Vanilla and Mix:
Once the white chocolate mixture is melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (optional) for flavor.

  • Coat the Popcorn:
Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the popcorn, gently stirring to coat all of the popcorn evenly with the white chocolate.

  • Add the Funfetti Sprinkles:
While the popcorn is still sticky, immediately add the pastel-colored sprinkles, mini marshmallows (if using), and any Easter candy (optional). Stir to combine, ensuring everything sticks to the popcorn.

  • Cool and Set:
Spread the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

  • Serve and Enjoy:
Once the popcorn is completely cooled and set, break it into pieces and serve. Enjoy your Bunny Bait Funfetti Popcorn!
