  • 25g (2 and 1/2 tablespoons) Unsalted butter

  • 20g (2 tablespoons) Unsalted butter
  • 7g (1/2 tablespoon) Minced garlic
  • 15g (1 and 1/2 tablespoons) Sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 40g Mozzarella cheese
