Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz / 567 g) crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 can (11 oz / 312 g) mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 container (8 oz / 226 g) Cool Whip (or whipped topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine Pudding and Pineapple
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add Whipped Topping
    Fold in the Cool Whip gently to ensure a creamy, consistent texture.
  3. Mix in Mandarin Oranges
    Carefully stir in the drained mandarin oranges, taking care not to break them apart.
