Ingredients
Pasta and Meat:
- 12 oz (340g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef

- ¼ tsp black pepper
Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp (28g) butter
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) beef broth
- 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish:
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Ground Beef
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).

3. Add Seasonings
