Ingredients

  • Raw Beets 1100g
  • Potatoes 750g
  • Carrots 250g
  • 4 Eggs
  • Pickled Cucumbers 10 pieces
  • 1 Onion
  • Canned Peas 200g
  • Sauerkraut 250g

Instructions

Beet Alchemy: Wrap raw beets in foil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for an hour. Allow them to cool, then peel and chop.

Potato Harmony: Boil potatoes until tender, then let them cool. Peel and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Carrot Elegance: Boil carrots until tender, chop, and set aside.
