    • 130g breadcrumbs (1 cup)

    • 3 cloves of garlic

    • Rosemary

    • 4 small tomatoes

    • 100g Mozzarella

    • 1⁄2 red onion

    • Olive oil


Instructions

Vegetable Medley: Begin by pre-baking courgettes, bell peppers, eggplant, and broccoli in the oven with a sprinkle of salt and olive oil for 25 minutes at 200°C.

 

Flavorful Topping: Combine tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, and rosemary to create a tasty topping.

 

Cheesy Touch: Layer small tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese, red onion slices, and a drizzle of olive oil on top of the pre-baked vegetables. Continue baking for an additional 15 minutes at 200°C.
