Description

Easter Graham Cracker Crack is an easy, festive treat made with crunchy graham crackers, a rich buttery toffee layer, and creamy white chocolate. Topped with pastel M&M’s and colorful sprinkles, this no-bake Easter dessert is perfect for holiday gatherings or homemade gifts.

Ingredients

Base Layer:

  • 12 graham crackers

Toffee Layer:

  • 1 cup (226g) butter

  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar

Toppings:

  • 2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips

  • ½ cup (100g) pastel M&M’s

  • ¼ cup (40g) Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare the Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer, covering the entire pan.

  • Make the Toffee
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until the mixture reaches a boil. Let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • Bake the Toffee Layer
Pour the hot toffee mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly. Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly.

  • Add the White Chocolate
Remove from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Let sit for 1 minute, then spread the melted chocolate evenly.

  • Decorate and Cool
While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle pastel M&M’s and Easter sprinkles on top. Allow to cool completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • Break and Serve
Once fully set, break into irregular pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge to keep the chocolate firm.

  • Freezing: Freeze in a sealed container for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature before serving.

  • Variations: Try using milk or dark chocolate instead of white, or add chopped nuts for extra crunch.

  • Melting Tip: If the white chocolate doesn’t spread easily, place the tray back in the warm oven for 30 seconds to help it soften.
