- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Spice Rub
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. - Season the Pork Chops

Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
