Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl:
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
Optional Glaze:
- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, melted butter, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Swirl lightly with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
