- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Prepare the Mushroom Mixture

- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Stir in Parmesan cheese and reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until the sauce coats the pasta.
