Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle with toasted pecans or walnuts before serving.
