- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (480ml) beef broth
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1 ½ cups (180g) elbow macaroni (or small pasta of choice)

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the minced garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth and milk, then add the pasta. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Turn off the heat, then stir in the butter and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
